Sometimes, you’re just meandering through life and joylessly considering various things at work or life in general that’s not going in the direction you want. And then, you have a weekend like this last Mother’s Day where God reminds you of the treasures in your life.
It first started with a nice Hike with Caleb at one of our favorite Hiking spots Teneriffe Falls.
Then, I spent day with Andrew at a Toy Convention in Puyallup showing people his Augmented Reality Game.
On Saturday night, my sister came to visit for Mother’s Day. Our 2nd Mother’s Day with mom. On Mother’s Day, we visited the cemetery.
Then, we visited my grandmother. She will be 99 in July.
Then we came home and my kids gave mom their Mother’s Day gifts.
Finally, we played some board games and sang some songs together.
I could be penniless, but still feel like I have all the precious treasures of the world.
